Where We Ship
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders placed before midnight (UK time) are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery is typically 5–15 business days, depending on the item and delivery location.
Large Furniture
Due to the size and handling requirements of our larger furniture items, including our Drinks Cabinets, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Where a product requires a different delivery timeframe, the estimated delivery time shown on the relevant product page will apply.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Large Furniture Deliveries
For larger furniture items, the courier may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date or time. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Delivery Attempts and Unsuccessful Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave instructions, or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection.
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or discuss the available options. Additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@kelsyn.com so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
