Welcome to The Bar Quarter (kelsyn.com). By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Bar Quarter is a trading name of Veltrix Commerce Inc. (see our Legal Notice for company details).
1. General These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from The Bar Quarter. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order.
2. Products All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration, and colours and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Some of our pieces, such as our drinks cabinets, are large items that need specialist handling, so delivery can take longer. Small variations in grain, tone and finish are natural. Where a product needs a longer delivery time, it is stated on the product page.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing error. If a price is corrected after you order, we will contact you before dispatching your order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We will confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud, and in that case you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Payment Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery and Returns Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text and branding, belongs to The Bar Quarter or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation.
